Overview

FitLife wanted to launch a mobile app that not only tracks workouts but uses social features to keep users motivated.

The Challenge

Building a performant cross-platform app that integrates deeply with native health APIs (Apple HealthKit & Google Fit) while maintaining a smooth 60fps UI.

The Solution

We used React Native with Expo to build a single codebase for iOS and Android. We implemented complex animations using Reanimated and created a custom backend for the social feed features.

The Results

Launched successfully on both stores. The app was featured in the 'New & Noteworthy' section of the App Store, driving 10k downloads in the first week.
